Hello, We are Franco and Giedrė. She is from Lithuania and I'm from Argentina.
I'm 32 years old and I've bachelor degree in hospitality and most of my experience working in differents countries is in hospitality. But also I have some experience working in farms, driving tractors or as volunteer in different permaculture projects or in buddhist centre.
I consider my personality quiet, reliable and honest. I like to be outdoor, it doesn't matter if is in the mountain in the river, lake sea, beach, lake. I can enjoy easily being outdoor.
Right now I'm working in New Zealand as chef de partie in a wellness hotel. I like also cook specially bake with sourdough( I have my own one travelling with me and shared with people for almost 5 years). I have some knowledges about permaculture, work with woods, gardening.
In hospitality I have made whatever, working in reserves, in front desk, in housekeeping in kitchen, and so on. All this jobs, as I said before, I did it in different countries.
Also, I like to read books especially about spirituality, I like to read about buddhism, yoga, taoism, mostly eastern philosophy.
I like travel and be involved as much I can, in different cultures, experiences, jobs and everything that I can learn.

Hello, I am Giedre and I introduce myself as a hardworking, responsible and creative individual. I have always been passionate about taking on challenges and pushing my limits to achieve the best possible results. My background is diverse, mostly in art as I studied graphic design in the past and last year I graduated MA in Art Therapy. At the same time, I took silversmithing classes at the workshop in Vilnius, where after gaining some experience I began to give basic silversmithing classes to new visitors to the workshop myself. I realised that teaching someone brings so much good feelings and I enjoy very much sharing my own little experience with people. In the meantime, I have experience in hospitality and service. I have worked as a waitress, housekeeper and shop assistant. Also I have been volunteering in bio-construction projects, mainly working with clay and straw. Nonethelesss have some experience in fields, doing gardening. I love to spend time outside, hiking mountains, spinning fire pois, dancing under the rain.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Ever work in hotels and other works in public attention. I like help people with your things. And I like reccomandation places to visit in the tourist areas. Also I like play football and basketball. Also I helped in assistance center with many childrens, in this center offer dinner two times per week.

I am an enthusiastic and motivated person looking for a place to continue learning about the people, and the earth. I am a friendly person, initiative, reliable, creative and responsible with my work. I can work alone or as a team.
I’m making inroads from May of 2017 when I became Vegan in baking with sourdough starter. I love bake with sourdough starter because we can introduce ourselves in the fabulous world of the bacteria, where also, I like create ferment vegetables or create Vegan cheeses with water Kefir or Rejuvelac.
I believe strongly in the Vegan lifestyle; I believe strongly is one of the most important changes in our life to change our planet.
I was in Eco-project in Argentina in Lago Puelo, in Patagonia. There I learn some techniques about the Bio-Construction and I loved it.
I believe in a better world and I think we are the responsibles to change the world.
