Description

Hello you all! :) We are Nicola and Monica. Both from Italy but we've met in US where we were au pairs (taking care of kids/cultural exchange). Since then, we have always been together, sharing experiences and hobbies. What we have in common the most is traveling and passion for nature. During our experiences we were able to join the couch-surfing community and we always wanted to raise our culture awareness.
Nicola spent one month in Taiwan as cultural exchange during high school, he was hosted in a local family and he hosted one of the kids when back home. Thanks to this, he understood the important meaning of being responsible, respect other cultures, embrace them and share.
Monica practiced for two years as civil architect and always been a painter.
We feel really lucky and blessed for everything we were able to achieve, our dream is to keep traveling to increase our knowledge of the world, be helpful for the community and to be volunteers wherever is needed.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

- we both have child care experience, about 2 years as au pairs in the USA
- we both were flight attendants (6 years experience), where we have the opportunity to deal with different culture every day and various environment. Nicola as a cabin manager and Monica as base supervisor and cabin manager as well.

Monica started with oil painting in 2002, practiced as civil architect for 2 years (restaurants, interior design, residential projects and renovation), loves art and crafts, good skills in adobe softwares, certificate in community event planning.
Nicola loves hiking and staying in the nature. Really good in baking, making crafts. Likes technology and to take photos.
