Description
I’m Lars and I’m an open-minded, adventurous and grounded guy.
I quit my job in the high-end business environment to live my life in the way I want to and not what some (western) societal standards might suggest. I want to be a good force in the world and dedicate my energy to something what is more than just earning money.
I value honesty, authenticity, integrity, curiosity, openness, self-discipline, tolerance, respect and fairness.
Besides being intellectually educated (Phd. in economics) I enjoy and know well how to do physical work. I grew up on a farm, helped out at construction sites, worked nightshifts at a bakery, and worked years as a waiter and bartender.
In my freetime I like to be social, doing sports and learning new things. Currently my daily Yoga practice keeps me physically, mentally and spiritually in shape.

Before quitting my job to travel the world, I’ve been a management consultant supervising digitization projects with tight deadlines in the manufacturing industry. I’m trained to structure complex problems into manageable and prioritized subtasks and to execute these in the context of the overall picture.
At the same time, I grew up on a farm in the countryside and enjoy and do know how to work with my hands.

The time at the Estancia Pelona exceeded my hopes and expectations by far. Initially I planned to stay here for two weeks but ended up staying double the time and would have loved staying even longer.

Lars did everything and had extra energy. He is very creative and handy.
