Hello workaway friends ! This is Victor ! I must say that to me it’s never easy to describe myself, in fact I always tend to let others do it if possible. Anyway what’s sure is that traveling has been one my passions since I was very young, in fact I had no problem in learning English both because I was very curious about other countries and also because I have quite a natural attitude when it comes to language learning. Easy to say, as soon as I had any chance to leave and travel I never hesitated to take it. Been in India at 19, I then traveled around Europe, with friends or even by myself. As time passed I developed my interest for other countries, people and their traditions, and I must admit that just one lifetime seems too little time to see the world... but I got to start somewhere, don’t you think ? So here I am, ready to experience anything is out there, and workaway seems the best option in order to do so. Why ? Because it allows to travel the best way. What is traveling if not meeting different people, learning new habits, experience local food, sharing points of view and open one’s mind ? Through this platform I hope to travel this way and I’m ready to fully put myself in any experience. A part from traveling, my curiosity concerns many other things in general, in fact I like cooking, doing sports outside (I’m into Judo and martial arts now but I played football for most of my life), hiking and sightseeing, watching movies and anime, going to the beach, playing board games and much more. Of course I can help with Italian and if needed even with English, Spanish and French, and I’d like to improve my poor Chinese too. In case of finding myself in a new place, of course I would love to learn the language of that place, because I consider this fundamental in order to know a culture better. I’m looking forward to give my best, share a lot and meet beautiful people out there, see you soon !

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am curious about anything and always open to learn something new ! (that seems quite a too obvious of a statement I guess haha, but it’s true !)
I can help with Italian which is my mother tongue, at school I studied English for 14 years, Spanish for 8 and French for 3, luckily I also had the chance to practice them during my journeys.
After graduating I started working, and during the years I did a lot of different jobs, so I have experience of various kinds (you can ask me more if you want).
Due to my experience with sports and physical training, I can help you to feel more confident with that great tool we were given which is our body.
I know that saying Italians can cook sounds like a cliché, and it is, but as for me I started cooking my meals since I graduated, so I have some experience in the kitchen.
I have a 13 year old niece, who unfortunately I don’t see so often, but when it happens we have a good time together.
Let’s say I would never define myself as a geek, at all, but whenever there was a technological issue at home, the one who used to fix it that was me
