Hi! My name is Horatiu and I was born in Romania, but I travel quite a lot in many countries.

I'm looking for mind-like people, to connect, learn & share with them.

I'm open for new opportunities & connection all over the world and I am looking for a long term stay.

I don't smoke or drink alcohol. I eat ONLY Vegan and it is not that important all to be organic, but good quality. If you can offer from your garden, that's the best.
If not, I kindly ask you to support for a value up to 50 euro for a full week and I can to buy it and prepare it myself.
In this respect, I consider that week is consisted or 5 days work plus 2 days free (when the food should be covered as well).
If there is something more, I will cover myself, as food is an important part of my daily self-care and practice. I offer 25 hour of help per week.

I am animal friendly.

I have no problem:
- waking up early, if is needed, but I prefer to wake up without a clock
- being in time at work and doing a high quality job, for the period agreed
- working alone or in a team
- keeping silent, clean and tidy
- heaving a healthy mood & attitude toward others and the work

I don`t need any kind of snacks, tea, coffee, etc, during or after the work, nor frequent, long breaks for smoking or anything else.
I like gardening and use Permaculture and Regenerative Agriculture methods. I like pruning and want to learn more about grafting.
I have very good experience with "no dig" method and this is my favorite.
I prefer skillful & precise work and I DON`T DO long term hard labor (aka caring stones or heavy logs, digging) .
I have good skills in construction and I prefer carpentry,
I prefer natural building and I am ready to learn as much can be about this, but not building with plastic bottles or with car tires.
I like recycling and refuse to waste materials.
I avoid big works with cement or any other chemical, poisonous materials and plastic.
I avoid dust of any source and if it is for short time, a good protection mask should be provided.
I avoid also using diesel powered machines and I don't like the noise when this are used very frequently around.
I DON´T DO WORKS WHICH INVOLVE STRONG SMELL as I am very sensitive to that.
I don`t like when the host try to take advantage on my kindness and when they don`t keep the agreements.
This will lead to my immediate leave, doesn't matter for how long I was suppose to stay.
My usual trial period is 1 week, but if something is not ok, I will leave at any moment.
If all goes well, I would be happy to have a long term collaboration.
