Hola :)

My name is Caroline, I am French, and I love nature and animals. I do research, studying how animals communicate using sound, in order to better understand their behaviour and protect them. I would be happy to tell you more about this field of research that I am truly passionate about :)
I love being in nature, being surrounded by trees, plants and animals. I am fit and I enjoy working outdoors, walking, hiking, cycling...

I love travelling and meeting new people from different cultures and backgrounds, as I find it always very enriching. I am convinced that we all have a lot to share and learn from each other!
I travelled to several countries, and I want to explore the world. I speak French, English, Spanish and Portuguese, I can understand Italian and I have some notions of Chinese.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am very fit so I am happy to do any kind of jobs, be it physical or not. I followed groups of habituated monkeys in the forests of Costa Rica for a year to collect behavioural data. I worked as a volunteer in a Seal Rehabilitation Centre, working long hours taking care of baby seals. I did a workaway for 3 weeks in Spain, helping mostly with permaculture, eco-construction, maintenance of the garden and fruit picking. I also did a workaway (via HelpX) in Santa Cruz, California, where I lived with an elderly couple for 6 months, cooking for them and cleaning/maintaining their house and garden.
I can help taking care of animals, building and repairing things, cleaning, painting, gardening... I like to be busy, I'm super curious and always happy to learn!
