The one week workaway experience we had at Pedro’s farm came at just the right time when we needed it the most. It can be said that it was a kind of salvation sent by heaven. We had encountered a very unpleasant host just a week prior, coupled with continuous torrential rain for several days, which had brought our mood down to an all-time low. Since arriving at Pedro’s farm, the sun has been shining almost every day, and I can cook in the large kitchen enjoying the warmth by the fireplace.We have finally been able to dry out our bodies and our campervan, savoring the endless sunlight with eagerness. Pedro is a very kind friendly generous host, easy to communicate and flexible with job arrangements. Dave has done some weed clearing in the farm with Pedro and his friend, he also done some sanding,paining trimming timber which was made into shelves. Funnie has done some tidying and cleaning up the house and sharing some Chinese cooking. Both of us like feeding treats and spending some time with the donkeys and horse. We are so grateful for the time shared with Pedro in his family farm and the peaceful mind we could have. Thank you again Pedro and all the best.

Ana has been a fantastic host, really accommodating and helpful. The work has been realistic, everything has been provided for us and Ana has made sure we were able to get out and about and experience the astonishing natural beauty of this part of the world. We have so enjoyed our time at Laguna Garzon!

Nuestra experiencia con Marta fue perfecta! A pesar que tuvimos cancelaciones de utlimo minuto de otros 3 workawayers que debieron acompanarla por dos semanas mas, Marta demostro que ella sola podria traer muy buena experiencia a nuestros huespedes y cumplir con todos las asignaciones! Se harian un gran favor teniendo a Marta colaborandoles!

had the absolutely most wonderful time here. Bruno and Clara are the most welcoming hosts, when it comes to work they are super chill and fun and with them the hours fly by! the property itself is a little slice of heaven complete with sweet animals and stunning views. the kitchen is fantastic and honestly within a week the hostel felt like home. could not recommend this place enough! will definitely be coming back

Miya estuvo como voluntaria en nuestro refugio durante dos semanas y su participación fue realmente positiva. Es una persona muy activa, siempre dispuesta a asumir cualquier tarea que se presente. Destaca por su determinación y su manera meticulosa de trabajar, buscando siempre hacer las cosas bien. Además, le gusta compartir sus conocimientos y experiencias, lo que enriquece el ambiente del grupo. Su energía se nota en el día a día y aporta una dinámica muy agradable. También es puntual y demuestra un verdadero compromiso con el mantenimiento del espacio común, siempre procurando que esté limpio y acogedor, algo fundamental en este tipo de convivencia. Recomendaría sin duda a Miya para cualquier proyecto: es alguien que deja una linda huella y con quien es fácil trabajar.

I had an absolutely awesome experience with Carina and Tony and their multitude of doggo's 💕🐶💕 I absolutely fell in love with all the doggo's, she is really doing a fantastic service, against all the odds... I think I truly helped, and made a difference to her, during my stay. Guess what Carina? I think I came into your life "for a reason" I know we will keep in touch, we are quite alike really, which is why it was so easy to bond with Carina...

Estuve 9 días en la finca de Roser, aprendí cosas nuevas y conocí gente nueva, porque siempre que fue a una reunión me llevo, así conocí a Marc, Pablo, Teresa y Lamine, sin olvidarme de la simpatía de Riu que hasta tocó la guitarra con distorsión. Las charlas fueron interesantes porque todos tienen un punto de vista propio y eso lo hace muy enriquecedor. Fueron unos días geniales.

Sofia is good person, she know to much staf to do, expert for digital marketing, just tell her what you need and whait you will see resut soon. Our door for Sofia is always open.

This was my first workaway experience and i can‘t imagine it getting any better than this. Gill and Dave are fantastic hosts, kind, generous and funny. They immediately made me feel like at home. Gary the on-site scotsmen was an absolute pleasure to work and hang out with. He always made sure to give insights on why and what we are doing and helped me learn a lot more about permaculture. After work there was always enough time to go on walks, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I‘m not even gonna start on Gill‘s cooking skills and some new recipes i got to learn. Last but not least i will miss both of their very special dogs!

Mi experiencia en la casa de Peter ha sido el mejor voluntariado que he hecho en mi vida. No puedo ni considerarlo ni voluntariado, ha sido un amigo y como mi familia. Es una persona maravillosa y lo llevaré en mi corazón para siempre. Necesita ayuda para aprender español, para jugar al tenis y para entrenar a su caballo Capitán. He hecho las tres cosas, unas más y mejor que otras. Hemos tenido muchas y muy interesantes conversaciones, visitado lugares increíbles de Irlanda, he aprendido muchas cosas como comer de una forma consciente y saludable y a preparar y tomar café como un barista profesional. Recomiendo 100% a todas las personas que se alojen con Peter porque va a ser una experiencia inolvidable. Ya los extraño mucho tanto a Peter como a su gato Kenko y a su caballo Capitán. Muchas gracias por abrirme las puertas de tu casa y por ser tan buena persona. Un abrazo!!

Adrian and Lauren are two of the most wonderful people we've had the pleasure to host. Not only are they excellent employees, they're excellent people; we are so grateful for the time that we got to spend with them as their employers, but more importantly, as their friends! They are both reliable, hard working, and eager to do a great job. They're also easygoing people, which makes them a breeze to work with. We also appreciated their flexibility - sometimes we'd have to reduce hours, or add a shift last minute - both of them were always able to roll with the punches no matter what the situation. As tenants, they're respecftul, courteous, and their lovely pup Luna is just a joy to be around. They are some of the best dog owners we've met. It's hard to imagine starting a new season without them on our team - we are truly so sad to have to say goodbye. So if you're a workaway host and you're reading this, don't hesitate to welcome these two onto your team. They are amazing and they will make your place that much better. We'll see you both in Scotland one day, that's a promise! xoxo

He is a really nice guy:) I stayed a week with him in the forest 🌳 It was a Really simple and slow life. What I love at there was making a cappuccino☕️ and drink with him in the morning:) and working around the mountain too! These are one the most luxurious things which we've forgotten. I just thank him to remember that.! We talked a lot of things like the nature, life, food, animals.. and we laughed a lot too! anyway thank you Gabriele! and I hope I'll see you in Japan!
