  Description

  My wife and I emigrated to Brittany because we want to start something new after bringing up our children and having worked in social professions for 30 years. That's why we bought the property. We are convinced that alternative life models, which are less subject to the "money system", are the future. We lived in Eastern Switzerland and have different (Italo / Morocco / German / Spanish / Romanian) roots. We love working in the garden or renovating the house. In addition, the property is huge, there is a lot of work to do, so that I also feel comfortable with our horse. The energy in "Kercapitaine" is good. You can relax in the seclusion and yet you are quickly at the sea or in nearby cultural cities such as Concernau or Pont Aven. The adjacent forest next to our property invites you to linger. The Breton church and the wishing well let you quickly immerse yourself in the legendary world of Arthus and Merlin.
  
  Meine Frau und ich sind in die Bretagne ausgewandert, da wir nach der Erziehung unserer Kinder und 30-jähgriger Tätigkeit in sozialen Berufen etwas Neues beginnen wollten. Deshalb haben wir das Grundstück gekauft. Wir sind überzeugt, dass alternative Lebensmodelle, welche weniger dem "Geldsystem" unterliegen, die Zukunft sind.
  Wir haben in der Ostschweiz gelebt und bringen verschiedene (Italo/Marokko/Deutsche/Spanische/Rumänische) Wurzeln mit. Wir lieben es im Garten zu arbeiten oder das Haus zu renovieren. Zudem ist das Grundstück riesig, viele Arbeiten fallen an, damit sich auch unsere Pferde wohl fühlen. Die Enrgie in "Kercapitaine" ist gut. Man erholt sich in den Abgeschiedenheit und doch ist man schnell am Meer oder in nahen Kulturstädten wie Concarneau oder Pont Aven.
  Der angrenzende Wald neben unserem Grundstück lädt zum Verweilen an. Die bretonische Kirche und der Wunschbrunnen lässt einen schnell in die sagenumwobende Welt von Arthus und Merlin eintauchen.

  Hiking and mountain biking tours are possible in the immediately adjacent hiking and forest area. Various churches and chapels (including one near the Kercapitaine: Chapelle de la Véronique) invite you to stroll. Cultural places like Pont-Aven (Paul Gauguin lived there. Pont-Aven, the Pont-Aven museum, opened in 1985, presents works by Breton artists, but also paintings on Brittany). In the nearby town of Concarneau with its old town set in massive walls, the Ville Close, is almost entirely surrounded by water and is worth a visit. During day trips, you can also marvel at the cliffs of Pointe du Raz and Pointe du Van. For water lovers, you can swim or surf the coast.

  Kulturelle Orte wie Pont-Aven (Paul Gauguin lebte dort. Pont-Aven, das 1985 eröffnete Museum von Pont-Aven, präsentiert Werke bretonischer Künstler, aber auch Gemälde über die Bretagne).
  In der Nachbarstadt Concarneau mit ihrer von massiven Mauern umgebenen Altstadt, der Ville Clos, ist fast alles von Wasser umgeben und einen Besuch wert.
  Bei Tagesausflügen können Sie auch die Klippen der Pointe du Raz und der Pointe du Van bewundern.
  Wer das Wasser liebt, kann an der Küste schwimmen oder surfen.
  Wir sind Menschen, die gerne lernen, und deshalb freuen wir uns über jedes Wissen, jede Fähigkeit und jeden kulturellen Hintergrund, den Sie mitbringen.

In addition to the large house, the area is also very spacious and idyllic.
  
  Bretonisches, ehrwürdiges, ehemaliges Bauernhaus mit verschiedenen Ställen. Ein Einzelzimmer steht zur Verfügung. Unkomplizierte Mitbenutzung aller vorhandenen Räume der Unterkunft. Allenfalls sind noch weitere Gäste in der Unterkunft anwesend. Rückzugsmöglichkeiten sind gleichzeitig reichlich vorhanden. Neben dem grossen Haus ist auch das Gelände sehr weitläufig und idyllisch.

  We are about 25 minutes by car from the Atlantic Ocean. So swimming and surfing are possible. You can hike extensively and enjoy cultural sights around the property. At most, shared use of the vehicle is possible. Bicycles and possibly scooters are available. We are very interested that you can take enough time and space for yourself and that you feel comfortable with us. We are uncomplicated and young at heart and believe that a solution can be found for all questions or concerns.
  
  Wir sind etwa 25 Autominuten vom Atlantik entfernt. Schwimmen und Surfen ist also möglich. Rund um das Grundstück kann man ausgiebig wandern und kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten genießen. Allenfalls Mitbenutzung des Fahrzeuges möglich. Fahrräder und allenfalls Roller sind vorhanden. Wir sind sehr interessiert, dass Sie genügend Zeit und Raum für sich selber in Anspruch nehmen können und sich bei uns Wohlfühlen.. Wir sind unkompliziert und junggeblieben und glauben, dass auf alle Fragen oder Anliegen auch eine Lösung gefunden werden kann.
