  Description

  I am a retired trade skills educator, looking for someone to teach me Spanish, in Townsville, Far North Queensland. Townsville is a coastal city of 180,000 residents, with access to the Great Barrier Reef.
  I am a Workaway myself, having completed assignments along the East Coast of Australia, and the four coasts of Spain, and also Madrid.

  I have travelled to Spain 5 times since 2016 and walked 5 Caminos. I would like to improve my Spanish to conversational level.
  I can help you to improve your English in return.

  Teach me to speak conversational Spanish.
  Other tasks may include housekeeping, cooking and simple gardening.

  I have a reasonable understanding of basic Spanish, but would like to improve to intermediate if possible.

  Hébergement

  Your own room with a double bed, TV, internet.
  Shared kitchen and bathroom facilities with host.
  Three meals a day will be provided for the 5 working days.
  Breakfast is usually toast and cerials.
  Lunch a sandwich or similar. Dinner will be whatever can be cooked up, but will be substantial.

  Located in the inner suburb of Currajong, a lot of the facilities, like shopping, are within walking distance. The local bus service is at the end of the street. Townsville is famous for the Strand, a walkway along the beach.
  Non smokers only, for my health, not yours.
