Recién jubilada e instalada en un entorno semi-rural estoy interesada en la parmacultura, la biodinámica y la ecología. Deseo rodearme de un entorno sostenible, armonioso con el entorno y poner en funcionamiento un huerto familiar.
Durante toda la vida he estado trabajando en la educación y sigo comprometida en proyectos que ayuden a mejorarla.
Otros intereses son las excursiones a pie, la lectura, el cine, el yoga... Me apetecería poder hablar en francés y algo en inglés, si fuera posible, pero no es ni mucho menos indispensable.
Soy divorciada con dos hijos y dos nietos.
Recently retired woman living in a semi-rural area. I’m interested in permaculture, byodinamics and ecology. I’d like to live sustainably , in harmony with the environment and also start a vegetable garden.
I’ve worked in the teaching and education sector all my life and I’m still committed to projects that help to improve it.
Some other interests are hiking, reading, cinema, yoga ... As I can speak French fluently and a little English I’d like to practise them, although this is by no means an indispensable condition.
I’m divorced with two children and two grandchildren.

Se busca una persona que conozca la permacultura, agricultura ecológica, sistemas de sostenibilidad. Se trataría de ayudar a diseñar el huerto de unos 150m2, darle forma, hacer un calendario de rotación y asociación de cultivos. Además, hacer los trabajos típicos, labrar, plantar, regar.... Organizar el espacio, la pila de compostaje, recogida de aguas y riego.
La dedicación laboral sería de unas 4 o 5 mañanas a la semana teniendo las tardes y fines de semana libres. Flexibilidad de horarios y adaptación a las necesidades que se puedan presentar.
Job description
Looking for a person involved in permaculture , organic farming and sustainability systems. I’d value some help to create an organic garden of about 150 m2, shape it and design a crop rotation and grouping plan . Other tasks will include ploughing, planting, watering, space organising, compost pile, water harvesting and irrigation
Volunteering work expected would be four or five mornings a week and free weekends. Flexible schedule adapting to the needs that may arise

El alojamiento es un piso de planta baja, antigua escuela de una colonia textil, el patio de la escuela es el jardín y un pequeño huerto.
La persona que viniera a compartir su experiencia se alojaría en la casa junto con la anfitriona, dispondría de una habitación personal y compartiría los demás espacios de la casa.
The acommodation is a ground floor flat that used to be a school in a textile colony, the school playground is now a flower garden and a small vegetable garden.

El emplazamiento se encuentra a unos 100 kmos de la ciudad de Barcelona y también a unos 100 kms del Pirineo Oriental (Francia). Hay paradas de transporte público a unos 2 kms. Al alojamiento se llega en coche privado. La anfitriona se compromete en facilitar la movilidad del voluntario/a.

The house is located about 100 Km North of BCN and about 100km South of the East Pyrenees. Public transport stops are about 2 km away. Accommodation is reached by private car. The hostess is committed to provide the volunteer’s transport .
