Description
We are growers of fresh herbs based in the Adelaide Hills on a 30 acre property with kangaroos and koalas,we have 3 dogs and a few cats . We have our own river so you can go and put yabby nets in the river. We are renovating at the moment the kitchen for helpers and building a new bathroom, we are improving the farm for not only us but all who stay can enjoy the pretty surrounding hills. We have many different jobs we need help with every day picking, packing and also renovating, building jobs.
We enjoy BBQ's and general meals together and just having fun.

Travelers will learn about our family life on a farm, and different herbs we grow, people always leave with a lot of knowledge about fresh produce and appreciate the work what goes into producing fresh food. All building projects are beneficial for us all, as we learn every day does not matter on age, we learn of better ways working with many as as a team.

Aide
currently needing of help with picking, packing, lots of building, in need of a carpenter, painter and general handy people, who are keen to work and enjoy time with us.

Rooms provided with clean bedding, shower toilet -but remember building is in progress. I cook at least twice a week but currently more as we are renovating, we provide fresh food and meat and shop weekly,no one will go hungry here.

If you have a car we are about 45 minutes from the Barossa Valley - we are also about 30 minutes from the City of Adelaide, but 10 minutes from Westfield Tea Tree Plaza - we also have a couple of local wildlife parks - in Summer you can use the swimming pool and enjoy walks around the farm,or walk up the road looking for koalas.
