Looking for a native English speaking help for my daughter, in the historical centre of Venice, Italy

  Description

  I am a native venetian, I am 50 years old and I live with my 81 years old mom and my 8 years old daughter in a big apartment situated a few steps from the Fenice Theatre, 5 minutes from St. Mark Square, Rialto and Accademia bridge in Venice, Italy.
  The house has plenty of space, an huge amounts of books and will allow you to tour the city, attend courses or go to university without any problem.

  The historical centre of Venice, and especially the position of this house are an unique occasion for who was dreaming to live in an highly cultural environment.
  I will be happy to tour around town and in the while I do need my daughter to learn English

  I am a single mom and I work as a tour guide; my daughter exits from school around 4 pm from monday to friday.
  I'll need help for picking her up and taking her to lessons and activities always in the heart of the city of Venice; this will be mainly every working day during high season and a couple of days a week during low season (winter).
  Once a week I'll hopefully go out for dinner so I'll need he/her to put her to bed.
  I need a mother tongue English speaking person who will be free mainly all day up to middle afternoon when needed, so a very flexible person.
  It is extremely important to know that I live with my mother who is not fluent in English, so I would love to have someone who knows some words of Italian or is willing to learn or improve it, that would be fantastic.
  My mother is independent, we have an housekeeper, but it would be appreciated to have someone who doesn't mind to spend some minutes chatting with a retired teacher :) maybe when there's no need to take care of the baby.

  We offer an independent room with double bed and private bathroom with bath tub and mini kitchen; we can eat together at dinner when and if we want, we feel very independent

  The best part of the accomodation is the position in the city, it really allows you to go everywhere simply walking; during the free time we do not mind what you do: stay home working from pc, touring around, going to university or having another job, as soon as it does not interfere with the help given to us.
  Very important: only for cat lovers: we have 3 cats so please if you are allergic, it can be a problem
