Description
Our place is Lilongwe's premier backpackers lodge and campsite. Having been in existence for nearly a decade. It’s run by us!
After many year of running it themselves, Tom and Janey have handed over the reins to us, Chris and Noleen, and we are excited to host you.
We aim to cater to all types of traveller to Malawi. Ranging from your 16yr old on a school trip to your old timer backpacker.

Our volunteers normally do tons of different things - from growing vegetables to helping us become more accessible for wheelchair-users, to painting new and gorgeous murals on our walls, to improving our recipe selection, to coming up with ideas for improving our rooms, and adding new cocktails to our list!
We love to share ideas. It's a fun place to be and many of our volunteers have become part of the lodge family, plus many have gone on to work in the tourist industry full time.
