Dear Workawayers,
We have already had many people living with us: some students and a few volunteers. It has always been a great experience for us to bring the world into our house. We learn so many new aspects and the children get very open-minded.
We are family of 3 persons - Kurt (56), Michaela (52) and Jana (15) and Bruno (9) our dog. We live in a little city (60.000 habitats) in the south of Austria. We are near (10 km) of the border to Italy and Slovenia.
We are living in a nice house with a garden, swimming pool and a extra holiday house. The holiday house will be (approx. 100 m2) your home for the time you are in villach. We had in the last 4 years always foreign students but from another organization like AFS from all the world who where after a short time a member of our family. You have and can take enough time for visiting our country.
We are very sporty; we like to traveling with our motor camper; make many tours in the mountains; in the winter we are going skiing or ice-skating what is around 5 minutes from our house. We have a big dog (60 kg) in our family, who is the safety deputy and if you like walking - you can go with him.

You are in a short time a member of our family and so you can learn our austrian skills. We speak all in the family german, english and italian.

You sleep in our holiday house with approx. 100 m2 place with bathroom, little kitchen, Wifi, TV, terrace......
