  Description

  My wife and I are retired British ex-pats who left England and settled in southern Italy 8 years ago. We have a large bungalow and a self-contained log cabin in a beautiful garden with a stunning view across the Noce Valley where the towns of Lauria, Trecchina, Rivello and Nemoli nestle under the majestic Sirino mountains.
  In the summer you can cool off by having a dip in the pool, or ascending one of our many mountain peaks. In fact, in the summer we do benefit by living at 800m altitude which reduces the hottest temperatures by up to 5 degrees.
  
  We would love to share our lovely environment with young enthusiastic native Italians who want to explore this part of Italy while improving their spoken English. In return all we would want is the opportunity to speak in Italian to a critical but forgiving audience.

  We are 30 minutes from the sea & beaches, 30 minutes from mountain tops over 1000m high, and 30 minutes from a nationally-renown Thermal Health Spa.
  Use of a car if you are suitably experienced and licensed.
  Bicycles for nearby cycle path which runs for many kilometres.
  Just walking distance from local beauty spot with lake & restaurants/bars
