I have a small farm house in a village outside Karnobat [Карнобат] which I'm hoping to turn into a yoga / meditation / retreat / eco hostel for travellers and holidayers to stop off at. The place has running water and electricity, and a shower room, and a basic kitchen, but there is lots of work to do, and a need for ideas and creativity to make it into a great place to do yoga, and relax.
There is lots of land, and I plan to ultimately farm some of it, set up yurts, and maybe have some kind of sauna and a pool. I'm currently looking at organic certification, too. All pipe dreams.
My cousin, Gabriel, and I (Joe) are heading out in July to get things started, so we're looking for some help.

Clearing the land
Laying a new floor in the living room
Fitting a new kitchen
Laying patio's for yoga and for a couple of outside dining areas
Building a frame to cover the patio's to offer shade and somewhere for vines to grow
Planting trees and general gardening advice
cooking / shopping
Shared bedrooms, but plenty of space for tents (if you have one)
The house has a wet room shower and inside toilet with hot water, two bedrooms and a makeshift kitchen with a fridge freezer, electric hob, and pots and pans. I am planning to have a more permanent kitchen installed over the summer.
The house is split into two levels, with wooden floored bedrooms upstairs with beds and wardrobe, along with the bathroom, and a small terrace also.
We are meat eaters, but not a great deal, and very happy to cater for vegetarians.
We can pick you up from Karnobat train or bus station (10 minute drive), or potentially Burgas if we're visiting on the day.
The village has two well stocked shops, two bars and is a 15 minutes bus ride (4 per day) from Karnobat, a town of 18,000 people.
Karnobat offers most things that you would require day to day, and also offers frequent trains and buses to Sofia (capital city) and Burgas (costal city).
There are plenty of cafe's, bars and shops, internet cafe, a market, a hamam (Turkish Bath), and is also famous for it's wine.
