Description
Hi, my daughter and I live close to the coast in Southern Spain. We are between Estepona and Sotogrande about 1.5km from the beach but in the vineyards. It is a rural property where we keep horses . We need general help with maintenance of the house and property which includes painting, strimming, prunning, etc. There are also some plumbing jobs.......etc etc. We also have 3 dogs and a cat. Supermarkets and the town are all about 1.5km but unfortunately I do not have any bicycles so own transport may be an advantage????

Aide
Hi we need general help with strimming the grasses aloingside the driveway, filling in potholes before the winter, painting of the house and the windows. A plumber would be a great help as some of the bathrooms need attention. If a couple should come there is painting work and house cleaning etc for a partner to be able to assist with. General tidying and maintenance of the property which is 4 hectares.

A 2 bedroomed apartment that adjoins the mainhouse, separate entrance from the courtyard. Country property but 1.5km from the sea and the town.

We are half an hour from the famous Puerto Banus and Marbella but in the other direction their is the world renowned polo of the Santa Maria Club and Sotogrande. Summer months are packed full of the 'stars' that visit. Lots of local history and fabulous water parks and mountain walking and in winter skiing is only 2 hrs away. Superb award winning beaches and lovely restaurants.
