Hello ,

I am a 44 year old woman from the US currently living and working in Dublin, Ireland.
I am planning on visiting mainland Europe from March 17th through March 31st and would love the opportunity to stay and volunteer. I am looking for experiences and opportunities that will enrich my life.
I have varied skills that I picked up from an 18 month trip I did in 2016 volunteering on farms in Canada and teaching English in Peru. I also spent most of 2021 and 2022 volunteering at a homestay in Germany, learning German while living in Berlin, and house/ dog sitting in England.

I know a bit of gardening, I can cook, I can clean, I can mend and repair as needed, take care of farm animals, and basically offer a helping hand when and where needed.
I am willing to offer 4 to 5 hours of work a day for 6 days a week. I am willing to do whatever is needed to keep your place running and can learn new skills pretty fast with guidance.
I do not smoke or do drugs. I am mostly vegetarian.

I bring hard work, dedication, and a hunger for learning with me. I am generally a shy person but an avid listener and a keen observer. I take directions extremely well and can be left alone to complete a task with little supervision once I learn the ropes. I am a very clean person and highly organized, because I have an immense respect for my environment and take care of things around me. I try to keep my space in order and tidy and will do the same for your property.

My previous hosts from my 2016 and 2017 volunteer travels made sure I left with a little bit of knowledge of everything :) but being a learner by nature I pick up things relatively easy.
I cook frequently so I am pretty handy in the kitchen. Besides from being able to cook, I have other newbie skills that I have picked up along the way. Some gardening, processing food, harvesting, firewood chopping, weeding, pruning shrubs and bushes, stable mucking, house work, cleaning, etc.
I love animals and have house sat and looked after animals for 2 of the families I WWOOFed for.
