We are Ana and Oswaldo, a couple who love traveling, learning new languages, and meeting new people. We are also countryside and animal lovers, very concerned about nature, the sustainability of our environment and the way we eat and live.

Ana is a very cheerful person and easygoing. She really enjoys new challenges and adventures, as she has been living in different countries. She is very social and loves a good conversation. She is a biologist, who has studied in France. She has a master’s degree in Neuroscience, and loves the branch of Clinics and Health. She wants to help others by searching how the brain works and understanding mental disorders. Currently, she is doing a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience in Barcelona.

She is an islander (Tenerife), so she loves the beach, the sea, and the beautiful and natural landscapes. She adores being around any kind of animal, especially kittens, chicks, goats, horses, and dogs. In her free time, she enjoys going outdoors and hanging out with friends, hiking, taking a swim on the beach, and sunbathing in her hammock while reading a good book. She also loves any kind of sport, recently, she has started climbing (bouldering).

She has worked in laboratories, helping with different researches. She has also experience working with children, she has been an instructor in summer camps, doing games and activities in nature, teaching languages (she speaks English and French), mathematics, physics, etc.

Oswaldo is from Seville, a very dynamic person, who loves moving, trying new things and doing all kinds of sports, his real passion. He has studied a University degree of Sport Sciences and has been researching in some studies related to improving physical performance and strength. In addition, he likes nature and all kinds of sports that could be done there, so he has taken courses related to leisure and free time, in order to be an instructor of these activities.

He has always worked dealing with customers face to face, so he loves being with people, working on teams. He has been working as an instructor in different gyms, in summer camps, he has worked with young children and elderly.

He loves practicing sports and in his free time, he usually goes to the gym, go running, cycling and playing any racquet sport. He loves doing handstands as well (it is his favourite hobby; he has kept training this for years). He also loves nature and he always tries to escape from big cities, in order to find silence, calm and relief. He likes being in contact with animals, especially dogs and cats, and lives with the minimum, in a simpler way. Besides sports, he likes going out with friends, traveling and reading, especially health books and, recently, history books.

He has participated in some volunteering in different countries, so he would love to keep collecting experiences like this, going abroad and meeting people from all over the world. The one he enjoyed the most was in Honduras, where he spent a few months giving physical education classes to children in situations of social exclusion and trying to promote sports and a healthy lifestyle.

As he loved that experience, he is currently studying two master’s degrees, one in secondary education, so he can finally become a physical education teacher, and a second one in sport research, to try to contribute to discover healthy habits and continue bringing health closer to society.

We both share the same passions, being on the outskirts of the city centre, far away from the noise and the hustle. We love being in nature, with people that like the same things as us. We also love training and doing any kind of sport, traveling and getting to know new cultures, traditions and ways of living. We share the hobby of reading and learning new languages, too.

We love practising sports and being surrounded by nature. We are very social person, so working in a team is not a problem for us. We bot have experience teaching children and gardening.
