I am passionate about teaching in all forms! Working with a modern art gallery, I help run creative art workshops for the public. At our most recent event, we taught participants how to print environmental protest posters, challenging them to respond passionately to this global crisis.
I also work part-time as a school librarian and a tour guide. This - and time spent as a teacher of English in France - has shown me how important education is for the wellbeing of children and young people. I complete regular safeguarding training.

I am creative. Between the ages of 18 and 21, I worked at a film studio producing videos for UNICEF and Oxfam. I was also responsible for its Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts. I help grow the profile and reach of the studio.

I have extensive experience in the hospitality industry. I am friendly and sociable, having grown up in a city renowned for its creative spirit. I spent my teenage years working in a ceramics shop and café. I enjoyed serving customers, preparing drinks and selling ceramics - as well as the technical processes like glazing and wrapping pottery. I also worked as a kitchen assistant for three years.

I speak two languages to an advanced level: English and French. I am currently learning Portuguese, and studied English Literature at the University of Cambridge.

I am very hands on and can do extensive manual work. My mother is a gardener by trade, and I grew up helping her at work. I have worked as a Technical Director in a theatre. Alongside a carpenter, I built a full-scale stage set in a professional workshop. I also managed a crew of 30 people, which showed me how important it is to work together as a team.
