I've travelled extensively as I'm fascinated by people, language, art, culture, exploring and sharing my love for yoga. I'm currently looking to help out somewhere that can include some of my main loves which are yoga, gardening and art. I have worked and volunteered in yoga studios and on organic farms, where my duties have included teaching yoga, offering workshops on meditation, art therapy, mandalas, active meditation, as well as marketing, management, cooking, cleaning, gardening and generally helping out wherever I am needed. I love people, the beach, adventure, I'm versatile and responsible.

I have been a Yoga Teacher, having practised for 20 years and taught/given workshops in gyms and studios for 8 years as well as volunteering in ashrams in Europe and the US.

I'm going to say I'm a great cook too! As a vegan/vegetarian, healthy lifestyle and food is integral to my wholistic approach to life.

I am a professional English as a Second Language Teacher for over 20 years in Australia, Japan, China and Colombia; I am capable and truly enjoy communicating with people from all over the world. English is my native language, and I speak a little French, Japanese and Spanish. Would love to learn more Spanish. I currently teach international university students and really enjoy this fulfilling role.

I have excellent skills on the computer and I currently take care of the social media and promotions for an international spiritual organisation including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube including creating posters and other assorted promotional materials.

To top it off, I'm very artistic with creative talents and a real eye for the aesthetic, so I can think outside the box.

I love to be part of a cheerful team that gets things done, so I'm always ready jump in and give a hand. I am willing to learn new things, being a hard worker and very considerate of others, reliable and easy-going.

I have taught English as a Second Language to mostly adults for over 20 years at university and college, for refugees, high school students, private classes for university students and people at home, and in the corporate sector. I'm keen to learn Spanish, have learnt a little when I was teaching in Colombia.
