Hi!

We're Hope and Jeremy! We got married during the pandemic and are presently on our delayed, unorthodox honeymoon of sorts. We've always found that doing Workaway-type experiences is one of the best ways to travel and see a region, and have done them all over the place, so why should our honeymoon be any different?

We'd love to come visit, swap some stories, get our hands in the dirt, build something, cook a bunch of good food (our job in Antarctica doesn't let us do that and it's one of our favorite past times), and see what your town is like!

As far as COVID goes, we're both triple vaccinated.

Que habilidades tienes?

Carpentry, farming, hiking, computers (Jeremy wrote software and fixed computers for a living), cooking, baking bread, fire performance (eating, breathing, spinning, etc), guitar, music synthesis, storytelling. Oh! And Jeremy has a degree in English, so if you want help with that, or to just learn some fun words, we can do that too. Hope works for organic veggie farms at home so has some background in agriculture. She's also worked in education, ecological research, and various other trades. She's also a licensed EMT and has some experience in sailing.

We love swapping stories and learning. We have adventured in New Zealand/Australia, Antarctica, around the US, and on multiple long-distance hikes. Individually we have also been around western and central Europe, central and South America, and southeast Asia. We are interested in outdoor adventuring, community living, farming and permaculture, building and sustainability, cooking, and traveling.
