Help with DIY, gardening and my active young grandson in Cannes, France

  My name is Yva and I am an active person living in a lovely apartment in Cannes on the French Riviera. I am a widow having retired from teaching at university. I am totally bi-lingual French and English. I have travelled extensively and am very open minded and curious.
  Ideally I would like a couple in their thirties, (you have to share the bed and the room.)
  My apartment is situated on the ground floor of a beautiful residential building in the California district of Cannes.
  You have your own double room with private bathroom and toilet looking out on to your terrace and the garden.
  I would be happy to give you breakfast and the occasional meal. We tend to have lots of cheese fruit , ham and vegetables, too hot to cook, but you are welcome to join me if you want.
  I am a ten minutes walk to shops and 5 minutes to the bus stop, The beaches are 20 minutes on foot.
  Although I try to attack most projects , I now feel feel that I need a helping hand and encouragement to carry out my small projects.These are basically to upkeep my garden, do some DIY, help around the house and to help with my grandson Aidan who is 3 and super active and difficult to keep up with. My son drops him off occasionally as the kindergarten is closed in Summer. He is a wonderful boy and knows what he wants!
  Ideally a few hours in the morning, when it is not too hot, and occasional afternoons with Aidan..
  I don't smoke and prefer you don't in the apartment, but there is the garden and the terrace, and a big communal garden as well.
  Just a thought, I have a wild cat that I feed daily, so if you are allergic!
  I was hoping for someone around October 2024 and for several weeks..
  It is short notice , but one never knows!

  Private room, double bed, private bathroom and toilet and terrace with table and chairs. I will provide breakfast, you have use of my kitchen if you are really tidy, and we can occasionally share meals when I am here.

  So much to do, beaches, mountains, Nice, Monaco and Italy are all close. Cannes has so many sporting activities, the Lerins islands are just opposite, ideal for a picnic and a swim in a lovely secluded cove. You have two regular local buses that take you to the station and the croisette beaches. Bus tours take you to the surrounding fortified Provencal villages with amazing views of the Mediterranean, and sometimes Corsica.
