Descripción
We are leaving on the méditerranéen coast south of France , and we have diverse properties needing some maintenance , one for gardening , cleaning up some ground , another one for some jobs like painting shutters , building wood floor, and some house work.
We are a couple (french/south african) we are 48 and no children , we have a cat.
Non smokers. We can accomodate somebody , on an indépendant side.
I am working time to time in art , opera and moovies and Brandon is on his own building houses (wookworker, electricity, plumery, tiling ...)
Our village is called Gruissan in Aude , one of our building site is in Carcassonne (famous fot its old castle ) , another little Cabane is in Cerbère (this one needs garden work , +painting) it is located 10 km from the spanish border , on the "Cote Vermeille" , on a cliff facing the sea , no electricity , we have gaz lights and a gaz fridge , tank water reserve , very nature place , but basic , it s good from may to september.
We can be good guides to visit our area.

We Need someone who can cut small trees, branches , and clean up a ground , not afraid of this kind of physical jobs .
We also need somebody to help for building jobs , painting , tiling , wood , who already knows a little , it can be anytime all year round .
and someone for house work (cleaning , ironing ...) anytime
