I live in a modest (for the US) home in Eugene, Oregon with my partner (Jeff), his son (Henry) and our cat (Mortimer) with two friends (Amanda and JD) living in the tiny home they built behind my garage.
I work part time as the practice manager for alternative medicine clinic. The rest of my time I devote to my music (I am a singer songwriter), my garden, west coast swing dancing, making herbal medicines and spending time with friends.
I have quite a beautiful garden filled with fruit (berries, grapes, quince etc.), medicinal herbs (motherwort, feverfew, marshmallow etc), flowers and native plants.
I enjoy doing the work in my garden and around my house myself (rather than hiring someone to do it) so there are all sorts of projects I would love to have help with. I would also be happy to share what I know about the plants I grow and the medicinal infusions, tinctures, oils and salves that I make.
I am looking to have someone stay/help with me for the summer (June, July and August).

I can share my knowledge of medicinal herbs: growing, harvesting, processing (drying, making tinctures etc.).
Eugene has quite a unique culture that would particularly be of interest I believe for those interested in social/environmental/political activism.

Alojamiento
You would have a room of your own. It is a sweet room with a double bed, a desk, a bookcase filled with books and three big windows. It is right next to the bathroom. If there are two of you. The room is best suited for one person but, if you don't mind close cozy quarters, it could accommodate two.

Oregon is a beautiful, beautiful place and Eugene is located just over an hour's drive of both the coast and the mountains with the high desert only two hours away.
