I own a hostel on Punta del Este with my wife and little son.It is not just a place to stay, it is a cultural experience that each of us can be a part.

Punta del Este is a quite and cosmopolitan city to visit and enjoy during the low season. It's crazy in summer. We help volunteers to get to know the place.

We are looking for musicians,dancers,event organizers and also people to help with our guests. WE are looking for friendly, outgoing responsible volunteers to help us at the hostel including reception, housekeeping

Thank you very much to Pablo. We had an amazing week. We made some paint work, help with taking photograph and graphic design works, played some guitar together. It was my first workaway experience and i enjoyed a lot. Pablo and his family and all staff in hostel were so friendly. Our dinner times together and working hours were recorded as a great experience. I also enjoyed in beaches which are very close to hostel. Many thanks to Pablo for this opportunity.

The city has many breathtaking landscapes but you, probably, won't find a lot of stuff to do there in the low-season. Anyway, I stood there for 3 weeks, one more than Pablo and I had agreed, because there was always new people coming to the hostel and I could keep practicing my English and Spanish. My plan was to work here for 2 weeks but it ended up with 4 weeks. The place is very nice. The work is not that bad. I painted some walls and also the windows outside. I repainted also some beds.
The owner is very nice and his wife too only they live in monte video so they are not that often in the hostel but the staff is.
