This is a family owned hotel located ONLY 15 minutes away from Quito´s New Airport, ranked No. 2 out of all the hotel in Quito. Previously it was our home and a Hacienda, that over the years we decided to open the doors for others to discover new experiences and friends. The hacienda is surrounded by 90,000m2 of nature including vast forests of eucalyptus, guabos and fruit trees in the area.
We are looking for individuals that can contribute with added value and are ready to learn and have fun in a family working environment. We have several options for accommodations ranging from tents to hotel rooms, depends in how many days you will stay.

We are looking for active individuals with an outgoing personality, teamwork skills, work under pressure depending in the project and experience of the volunteer.
Projects include: Improvement of Organic Garden, Maintenance of Gardens and Trails, Innovative Labels in the trails, harvesting, general maintenance of the nature and surroundings, llamingos care takes, trees and plants planting, animal fence constructions, construction of an archeological museum, room cleaning, kitchen assistants, social relations with guests, implementing new strategies for business development, marketing advertisement, social media, and other management projects.
In addition it will be great if you could teach basic english to our local workers, this will be exciting.
Volunteers must be willing to do different projects at the same time, depending on the necessity. Sometimes depending on arrival of guests volunteers are expected the help when needed. You must know basic english at least, but not a priority. All of our guests are internationals, mainly from USA, Canada, England, Germany, Holland and Rest of the World. Its hard work but a lot of fun! Its an opportunity for cultural exchange and to share experiences and know Ecuador much more!

We provide a hotel room or tents, depending in how many days or months you will stay for volunteer.
In exchange for your hard work we will provide 1 meal a day and accomodation, other meals can be provided if you work more hours per day.

The hacienda is located in the town of Pifo, 15 minutes away from the new airport of Quito. The hacienda has 9 acres of land with forests, rivers, trails and an archaeological tunnel discovered 20 years ago that belonged to the pre inca empire.
This place is strategically located since its close to Papallacta Hotsprings, Otavalo market, Cotopaxi and Antisana National Reserve and beautiful highlands and hikes in the area.
