I worked in the restaurant industry for 20+ years. After I took a permaculture course in 2011 my life drastically changed. I got rid of everything and lived on off grid farms on Kauai and Big Island for 18 months. After that I have been in the legal cannabis industry in CA and WA. The last 2 years I built Earthships and traveled to Haiti, Nepal and Thailand. I completed a week long fermentation workshop at Sandor Katz's property in TN. I recently finished guide training with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. I'm currently interested in pursuing a career in holistic wellness and alternative health.
