Hi, my name is Katie, and I am a 34-year-old Scottish girl from Glasgow. After working in the corporate world for the last 5 years, I am looking to embark on a new chapter of travel and adventure.
I have an extensive history in hospitality, having worked for a boutique Air bnb in Archidona Malaga and as a host in an upscale restaurant in Glasgow called the Malmaison Hotel. Before that, I worked several seasons as a campsite manager overseeing 10 mobile homes. There, I was involved with looking after guests, check ins and cleaning, so I am not shy of hard work!
I am an outgoing, bubbly, and chatty person who would love any form of customer-facing role and working within a team. A big goal of mine is to improve my Spanish. I have a good basic understanding but would love to become fluent. I also previously worked as an English teaching assistant in Madrid for two years, so I am happy to help with English practice if needed.
