Hello!

We are a couple from Latvia - Rihards (30) and Ilona (29). We are a happy and positive couple who enjoy nature, love animals and appreciate honest, genuine and positive people. Although we are not overly extroverted people with infinite social battery and we enjoy time on our own, we still appreciate true and meaningful interactions and moments with friendly and nice people.

We are willing to help with anything that is necessary for you. We can help with any tasks that can be simply explained and shown, starting from handyman stuff and gardening till graphic design, photography and computer skills.
I (Rihards) am a professionally educated graphic designer who's been working for design agencies for over 5 years now. Besides that I've been doing part-time photography for more than 10 years now. I own professional photo gear and also a work-ready laptop so I can definitely help you with photography and/or graphic design as well. I also have a driver's license for more than 12 years now so I could definitely help you with driving as well.
Ilona has been working as a sales person at various shops previously but in heart she is an artist. Ever since her childhood she has been passionate about drawing, painting and sketching. She has graduated an arts-orientated school in which she had many arts classes regarding creative expressions and art techniques. After high-school she went on to study graphic design and has been doing digital sketching / painting as side projects.

I (Rihards) have been on 3 workaways before and all of them were great experiences for me and also for the hosts that hosted me. In the latest of those workaways Ilona also joined me and we did the workaway together. We loved that experience and are now looking for more opportunities like that. In our workaway together we helped with renovating a rural village house in Spain - painting everything, gardening and other chores related to house renovation and maintenance.

We are handy people who are not afraid of getting their hands dirty and putting in some extra sweat in the work :) Anything that can be explained, taught and showcased - can be done. We appreciate honesty and good communication for that is the key to success in our opinion! Fair rules and good communication from both sides is the recipe for a perfect collaboration.

Overall we can help you with anything that just takes time/effort to be done and also we can acquire new skills for more specific tasks if you teach them to us. I (Rihards) grew up on a private town house with a large backyard, therefore I have tons of experience in doing the casual everyday tasks around the house and garden since I had to help my parents to do it throughout all of my youth years :)

Just so you are informed - I (Rihards) have asthma and slight allergies, but in very light condition - nothing severe or impactful. Been living and dealing with it my whole life, so it is easily manageable and with no real threats or risks.
