Hello :))

I'm Sam. I am currently in Turkey and looking for my next destination. This year I finished my university degree and now I'm looking to get out and have some fun! I'm a HUGE fan of anything outdoorsy, especially hiking and climbing, and recently I've started getting into yoga.

I am very personable, I love talking about anything and everything, and I am also respectful and aware of people's space. My plan is to spend the year getting lost in different cultures and to truly experience my freedom. Don't hesitate to shoot me a message! :)))))

Very physically fit - I am very happy digging holes and running around all day.

I know some carpentry. I am comfortable and safe with power tools from chainsaws, mitresaws to sanders. I'm not the greatest at designing but I make a great second pair of hands for building prototypes etc.

I can set up safe work environments for high/hard-to-reach places e.g. painting roofs and pruning trees. I learned the safety aspect through climbing.

I can cook. I can paint. I can repoint stone walls.

I have several years of experience in the service industry, typically bartending and waiting.

I studied maths at university and like to think I have excellent problem-solving skills. I'm also a really fast learner and up for any challenge!

Sam was amazing. We worked hard and Sam was more than happy to help me get the footings done with his time here. After work he would go climbing with my friends and he had a great time here.....
His energy was infectious, and once I showed him a task he was competent to carry it out......

Taib is a great host! He's really friendly, personable and treats others well. I helped him put in the foundations for his house. The area is absolutely stunning and his house is right by the bush so kangaroos and such often pop by.

Deborah and Tayip's place is amazing! I really enjoyed my time here. Tayip is full to the brim of ideas and projects and his greenhouse is really cool. Deborah is absolutely lovely and a great cook. The location is also amazing if you like being around hills. Thanks guys, all the best x

I spent two weeks with Guy and Heather and it was absolutely fantastic! They're amazing hosts with great senses of humour, absolutely wild stories, and a great depth of conversation. Was a really good experience, these two have some great stories and even greater food! They've got a really sweet emphasis on you learning stuff/trying out new methods and tools while you're working and the location is just insane! Had a great time here for three weeks. There was always a good crowd, numbers ranging from 2 to 10 while I was there, and the work was really well structured so we were finished by 1pm, leaving plenty of time to go out or chill afterwards.
