Hello, Kia Ora, Konnichiwa!
My Name is Miriam, 29 years old and I´m on a Working Holiday Visa around Japan. After finishing my bachelor thesis in biology I´ve spend the last three years in New Zealand. I´ve visited my family back in germany for a few months and am now in need of some new adventures...in Japan!
I´m an animal loving person, have a positive, happy personality and always like to laugh and hear storys.
I sing a bit and accompany myself with a few chords on the guitar. In the last year I started writing a few songs of my own. I love to dance! I grew up dancing ballett and transitioned to belly-dance and bachata. I´m also interested in photography, hiking, sailing, diving/snorkeling and snowboarding.
I am curious to see what life has to offer and learn as much as I can.

In the past i´ve worked in a veterinary practice for cats and dogs, as an Au-pair in Finland and New Zealand (kids aged 0-10 years) and in customer service positions at a theater, winery, hotel/spa and ski resort .
I have experience working with tools and wood as I built the interior of my campervan and I helped building a deck for one of my workaway hosts.
I´d describe myself as fundamentally handy, creative and fast learning.
My mother tongue is german and I am fluent in english.
