Update 2023:
Hello, my name is Lydia and I'm 24 years old living in London. I am a Sociology graduate from the University of Cambridge and currently work at a charity in London. I'm a practicing Buddhist and am particularly interested in the teachings of impermanence. I have a love for the natural world and am looking forward to spending some time outdoors this summer. I love meeting new people, cats, hiking, expanding my mind, drinking tea and eating yummy vegan food. I'm a keen cook and gardener, with experience of gardening from previous workaways. I feel very blessed.

Hi there, I'm Lydia, a 21 year old living in London currently. I have recently graduated from studying Sociology at the University of Cambridge and am now trying to work out what to do with my life! From studying for my degree, I have learnt the importance of focus and concentration for getting tasks done, whilst from my experience of travelling and volunteering over the last couple of years I have gained independence and a love for the outdoors. I'm particularly interested in gardening and am hoping to learn about new plants and wildlife. I also enjoy meditating daily, especially with others, and living a vegan lifestyle full of compassion and love for others!
