Hi! I'm Honoka from Japan!
I'm 23 years old and just graduated from a university this August.
I plan to travel to Europe from January 2024 to February(or March) 2024 before I start working.

I like traveling. Seeing, learning, and experiencing something new and different attracts me a lot. I have been to Australia, the Philippines, Cambodia, Germany, France, the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. In the Philippines and Cambodia, I taught English and Japanese to the local children as a volunteer. Last year, I studied business in Canada as an exchange student, which was a precious memory for me.

I’d like to make friends who are from different countries and enjoy talking and sharing our life. The reason why I try to do Workaway is that I’d like to have an opportunity to stay with people who have various backgrounds and share great memories.

In addition to traveling, I really like animals, nature, and exercising. I was born and raised in a rural area in Japan. I used to grow vegetables and rice with my grandfather and cooked it with my grandmother when I was a child. There are many mountains and rivers around, so wild boars and monkeys appear near my house! It was awful when my dog was bitten by a pit viper...haha
In terms of exercising, I was in the swimming and track and field club. So I’m confident with my physical strength.
