Hello!
My name is Shane (better known as Sustainable Shane) and I am a Southern California born and raised waterman. I recently graduated the University of California Berkeley where I majored in Sustainable Environmental Design. I love surfing, diving, cooking, film/acting, and working in many mediums of art. After visiting over 15 countries including Japan, Australia, and Spain I have fallen in love with many cultures and languages of the world. Through Workaway I solo-traveled and worked as a concierge at a Guesthouse in San Sebastian, Spain and the experience was not only amazing, but it also helped me grow so much as a person I have stayed in many hostels throughout the world including hostels in Mexico, Australia, the Netherlands, and England. I am charismatic, diligent, and I love helping others.
