Hi! I'm Raquel!
I'm a physicist and going to start a master in Stockholm University in late August, so I'm looking for some place to stay but also to make a culture exchange and spend time with great people and contribute to a project during my time in Sweden. This is why I choose this way of living instead of renting a room en getting some job with no interest and bad conditions. I've done some other volunteering while visiting other countries which have been really interesting, full of good experiences and completely rewarding. So I decided it could be a great option to volunteer during my studies in Stockholm!

I am a quiet and positive person, close and natural, who enjoys tranquility, being in
small groups of people, easy working with and hard worker. I'm open-minded, friendly and full of energy. Always eager to try new things and learn some skill! So I hope you feel very comfortable with my company!:) And very excited to have the opportunity of spending a winter in the Nordic countries, which has been in my to do list for many years!!

I love doing activities outdoors like walking,running, climbing or simply getting in touch with nature... And whatever winter sport you can show me of the Swedish culture!

I'm open to any kind of job (gardening, animal care, farm stay, babysitting...) and will try to help as much as I can in your project but also give you a good time!

I enjoy doing active things but also like to take a break, relax and have some time for myself. I'm a musician (I play piano, guitar, ukelele... and sing) and of course love to share it! I'm also a climber and love doing rock climbing or any other activity in the mountain and outdoor!
