My name Is Lukas. I am 24 years old and come from Fyn in Denmark. In 2019 I finished highschool. During highschool I developed a deep interest in the world I live in and a great urge to travel and explore foreign cultures. Since my time in Highschool I have worked in a Rudolf Steiner Kindergarten and later at a Biodynamic farm called Nørregaard. Nørregård is a fantastic and inspiring farm. In addition to the biodynamic vegetable, grain and meat production, Nørregård is also a protected workshop and accommodation for mentally disabled individuals. I grew up in the countryside and have always loved animals, gardening and nature, but during my time at Nørregård I learned a lot about social relations and became very interested in sustainable farming. The winter two years ago I travelled the Danish countryside by foot. It was amazing to observe and experience the nature and culture of my own country and the relationship between the two. But I have Always longed for a long term Travel abroad and so, after a wonderfull Swedish workaway experience I mounted my bike and rode South. I have now been on the road for 2 years and i am still super excited and happy!

As a child I grew op on a smallholding in the countryside with a big garden and agriculture has always been one of my favorit activities. During my stay at the organic farm I learned a lot about sustanable vegetable and meet production, but most of all I descovered how increadebly interesting and complicated the world of sustaineble farming is.
Art has always been a big part of my life and I realy enjoy exploring different creative ways to express myself such as drawing, painting, sculpting and knitting and I am super eager to learn more!
When it comes to physical work I am a strong and optimistic worker and I am a quick learner. Besides gardening and farming I like to work with wood. I have always enjoyed building stuff and though I am no professional Carpenter, I did spend a year attending a Carpenter school before I started in highshcool. In addition to growing food I also enjoy cooking the food. I am a happy cook and love to teach and learn!
