I'm originally from Ireland but I've been traveling and living abroad for about the past 9 years.
I've spent time studying in Prague, a few months volunteering in India, five years teaching English in Spain, a lot of travelling around Europe and an amazing year in Central America where I worked in different bars and hostels along the way! The past year I've been living and working in Athens and have really enjoyed getting to know a little bit about Greek culture (even with the lockdown making it more difficult!) This summer I'd love to get out of the city and experience life at a slower pace, I'm especially interested in getting in touch with nature, learning new things and exploring different hobbies like yoga or other types of movement.
I love travelling, meeting new and interesting people and I'm always looking for opportunities to learn and grow. I'm at my core a very fun, social, bright person and I'm happiest when I'm sharing that energy with other people.

I'm a qualified TEFL teacher and I have over 6 years experience teaching, I love making learning interesting and fun and my classroom is usually full of games and laughter, whether I'm teaching children or adults. Being a teacher also means I have good people skills in all kinds of situations. I have also worked as a waitress, in bars and doing promotional work and generally consider myself an outgoing and friendly person. I also cook a lot at home and love making recipes that are healthy and delicious.
