Hi friends!
I go by Leo, I have french and english nationality but I mostly grew up in the countryside of the center of France (Auvergne).
I used Workaway in the past as a means to meet new people and discover cool places around India, it was my first solo travel and I absolutely loved it.
Now it’s a few years later and I’m still passionate about feeding on new life experiences.
I tried moving to Berlin last year, but it turns out I like changing places too much to have a rent to pay full time in a big city. So I left a piece of my heart there in a FuWo (functional community sharing) and I visit regularly.
I sometimes live and travel with a lovely human being in a lovely red van, and we have an open relationship that I cherish a lot.
I work when I need to(and I try not to need it too much), following the seasons, mainly in agriculture and in restaurants.
This time using Workaway I’m particularly interested in sharing calm and soothing spaces out in the wild. I’m keen on helping in ecological/sustainable projects, like permaculture, creating organic toilets or building walls with natural materials. I wouldn’t say I’m particularly knowledgeable about these subjects but I’m a quick learner, super curious and I LOVE getting my hands dirty (seriously I do).
I’ll be spending my free time walking around nature, collecting forest treasures, drawing, baking, and hopefully goofing around with you!

Coucou moi c’est Leo, je suis moit-moit Anglaise et Française, mais j’ai grandi dans la campagne profonde de l’Auvergne.
La dernière fois que j’ai utilisé Workaway, c’était en Inde pour rencontrer de nouvelles personnes et découvrir des endroits chouettes, c’était mon premier voyage en solo et j’ai adoré.
Maintenant, quelques années plus tard, j’ai toujours soif d’aventures, mais différemment.
J’ai essayé d’emménager à Berlin l’année dernière, mais je me suis rendue compte que j’ai trop la bougeotte pour avoir un loyer à payer toute l’année dans une grande ville. Alors j’ai laissé un p’tit bout de mon cœur dans une FuWo (coloc communautaire à espaces partagés) et j’y retourne souvent.
Je voyage et vis parfois avec un joli être humain dans un joli camion rouge, et nous avons créé ensemble une relation ouverte qui m’apporte beaucoup de bonheur.
Je travaille en suivant les saisons, quand j’ai besoin de sous (et j’essaie d’en avoir besoin le moins possible) Avec Workaway, j’ai particulièrement envie de passer du temps dans des lieux calmes et chaleureux un peu perdus dans la cambrousse. Je suis enthousiaste d’apporter mon aide à des projets écolos qui s’inscrivent dans une démarche auto-suffisante comme la permaculture, fabrication de toilettes sèches ou construction de murs en matériaux naturels. Je n’ai pas de grandes connaissances dans ce domaine mais j’apprends vite, j’en suis très curieuse et J’ADORE me salir les pattes.
Je passerai mon temps libre à me balader en nature, récolter des trésors de forêt, dessiner, cuisiner, et j’espère partager de bons moments avec vous!
