  • Description

    *** We're available from 15 Aug - 31 Aug 2025 in Ireland ***

Hello! We're Kieran and Andie, a couple excited to embark on a journey to Ireland from October 2024.

    Kieran:
Originally from Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, I've spent the last decade studying and working in Brisbane, Australia. Despite having seen a fair share of the world, I'm eager for a new perspective—one that emphasises sustainable living and meaningful interactions with both people and the environment. Traveling to Ireland is particularly meaningful for me, given my Irish heritage. I'm excited to explore the rich culture and beauty of your country firsthand.

    Andie:
Hello, I'm Andie. I recently wrapped up my role as a digital marketer and content creator at an art museum in Brisbane, Australia. I have a passion for learning, enjoy meaningful conversations, and uncovering the stories that make each place unique. I am a big foodie and love connecting over shared meals. During my time in Ireland, I am excited to dive into the rich history, art and culture of the country. I would love to become more of a green thumb too! I have been granted a working holiday authorisation for Ireland.

We're thrilled at the prospect of traveling and immersing ourselves in the beauty of Ireland. Whether it's learning about local agriculture, exchanging recipes, or simply sharing stories over a meal, we're excited to embrace the warmth and hospitality of your community. If you'd like to connect or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out—we'd love to chat! I have an Irish passport and working rights.

PS: extra points if you have a dog!

  • More details about your skills

    Andie:

With seven years of arts, culture and tourism experience under my belt, I've become a bit of a jack-of-all-trades. In my latest role, I was the Digital Lead at a Museum where I was responsible for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), content creation, website design and management, email marketing, search engine optimisation and occasionally graphic design. Through this role, I honed my photography and videography skill sets as well as the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.

Beyond the screen, you'll find me hiking, camping, birdwatching, and cycling (shoutout to Kieran for that!). I’m also a big foodie and love to cook up big feeds for all to enjoy.

I'd love to learn more about gardening and conservation as I want to help the planet as much as possible!

    Kieran:
My desk-bound career has provided me with proficiency in most Windows OS applications. My career has focused on accounting, law, risk management, corporate governance, and project management.
But don't let this fool you! I'd much rather be outside under the open sky than behind a desk. I’ve worked as a bar tender, a labourer and landscaper in commercial construction, helped to muster cattle on dirt bikes in in Charleville, Queensland, and harvested wheat and Barley in Dalby, Queensland. Most of my life has revolved around the water, so I can operate watercraft and love to scuba dive!

  • What else ...

I can play the guitar and make a little bit of music just for fun :-) Funk/Jazz are my favourites but I’m always happy to listen to and learn something new

I love hiking, cycling, running, snowboarding, cooking and eating fresh, healthy, tasty food and drinking good coffee/wine/beer
