Description
Hello. My name is Johan. I'm 23 years old and from Denmark. I have been traveling around France for the better part of a year where I have been doing different types of workaways, that I enjoyed more than anything. Futhermore I spent 4 months in French Polynesia discovering the local culture and helping around different farms. Now, I want to reach elsewhere and immerge myself in other cultures and meet wonderful people.
I consider myself as crafty, and can do most physical jobs requiring strength. Most of my experience lie within DIY projects and manual labor, also from my workaway experiences. I'm a positive energetic person, who loves to experience new challenges and come with ideas! I like to do stuff that brings me out of my comfort zone, because this is really where we create experiences!
In my spare time, I like to hike, go on long bike rides, exploring, share experiences with new people, cook, listen to music and enjoy good company. I love to learn new skills, and I’m open to learn pretty much any new skill ! :)

I am fluent in English and definitely able to teach other people English. My mother tongue is Danish, but I sometimes feel like it's easier to express myself in English, so I would call English my second mother tongue.
Throughout my childhood, I have played a lot of tennis, which I absolutely love playing.
I often help my family members with different types of DIY projects in the garden or in the house, so I do have skills in that area, and enjoy doing that sort of work.
I would call myself a bike enthusiast as well, so I can fix pretty much anything that is broken on a bike, which comes in handy very often.
According to myself, I'm a decent cook, as most of my cooking recipes are self-learned.
I also like to fish, my fishing skills are somewhat intermediate, but it's the experience that counts. Often my fishing trips are mixed with hiking, and I really enjoy just having a map and a compass and going from there! To my recollection I have never been lost, so I think my navigation skills are good.
I'm openminded and not afraid to take a challenge, if you can call that a skill :).
