Description
Hi everyone, my name is Jerry.
I am travelling around Australia on a WHV to discover new and unique opportunities and experience this beautiful country with the people who know it best. My plan is to find local work whilst travelling, mostly along the Eastern states.
I will be in Sydney from the end of April 2024.
I love meeting new people from all over the world and really want to expose myself to new challenges, local culture and different ways of life. I find a lot of happiness in helping others, making a positive difference in people's lives.
I am very open minded, hard working, enthusiastic and keen to learn new skills whilst having fun.

I have worked in many different fields, building a wide range of skills including:
Hospitality/Customer service - Effective communication, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, patience, collaboration and teamwork. I have a hands on mentality and am not afraid to get stuck in!
Planning/organisation (Travel) - I spent 6 weeks travelling around Europe in 2022. Experiencing a wide range of cultures, spanning 7 countries. This trip gave me the opportunity to build my resilience, think on my feet and become more adaptable to meet new situations and challenges.
Photography/Editing - Worked as a Photographer in a studio, running the sessions, editing the images and managing the social media account. Photography remains a passionate hobby of mine, my favourite areas include wildlife and nature which have always been my go to.
Plants/gardening - Love being outdoors and helping out in the garden. Have some knowledge looking after plants, eager to learn more.
Yoga/Meditation - The importance of mindfulness and self development.
