Hello,

My given name is Graham but most people call me G.

A little about me- I was born and raised in Burnaby BC and have been living in Australia for the last 4 years. I have been in Byron Bay for 2.5 years but it is time to answer a calling and return to Canada to have a brief experience of life in interior BC. I have my flight booked and will be in BC Sept - Oct 2023.

Professional skills & experience I have to offer

- 2.5 years working on a regenerative agriculture farm in the subtropics near Byron Bay called Conscious Ground Organics (check out their Instagram). Primary role was managing a 4 acre citrus orchard of limes, lemons, mandarins, and grapefruits (harvest, sales, pruning, IPM). Also worked in food forestry and farm hand roles.

- 3 years professional landscaping - softscape & maintenance. Garden maintenance and horticultural knowledge is my specialty.

- Massage Therapy- a hobby I offer / practice in my free time. Swedish and intuitive styles. I love learning about anatomy and body systems.

-Cooking- I don't have pro training but I like to cook, specifically Chinese home style meals.

I'm a pretty easy going guy, have a good work ethic, and a strong drive to discover what life has to offer. In my spare time I like to live a quiet life being active & outside, reading & writing, and... karaoke. Last time I visited my sister in Rossland I discovered a love for disc golf, went on some beautiful hikes, but never got to try mountain biking.. one day..

As beautiful as Australia is, I miss living with evergreen forests and the comfort of mountains. As stated before, I'll be in Canada / Kootneys for 2 months in Sept-Oct 2023 and would love any opportunity to connect with the people of this region and see if life in BC is what I need.
