Hello like-minded people,
here are some words about me as a “work-awayer.”
My name is Frank, I come from Berlin, Germany. I am looking forward to working with like-minded people and enthusiasts on the house and the garden, to help and create something and to have fun together.
I like the movement in nature, friendly dogs, motorbikes, live concerts, the exchange with people of all ages, their experiences and skills.
My motivation is to give hands for things to fix in return get exchange with interesting people. I love working in natural environments. Spending time in new environments, cultures and especially in nature with relaxed people are great experiences for me.
Once again surprised by the time, I am retiring soon from my IT-job and finally have a lot of time for important things in life. I mean, age statements are just superfluous stickers on the lapel that don't suit me yet.
I know some things about gardening, I like to have soil on my hands. Trimming hedges and trees, renewing soils, lawn care and the like.
I had a good experience with workaway some time ago in the Dordogne in a gite (extension and garden) and in Portugal. If there are opprtunities to learn more, e.g. handicraft and also in the field of languages: j'aimerais bien !
My English is sufficient, I like French very much, but I have a low level. So far, however, I have always been able to communicate well. And when things go wrong, gestures and a smile can be more than words.
Friends call me open, friendly and helpful, mutual support and exchange are important and always a WIN-WIN situation. I am open to other ways of life and I like people who are not dogmatic in this respect.

So I will be happy about new contacts.

I like the movement in nature and sports like hiking, cycling, joggen, Kanu, playing Boule. I love cruising with motorcycles in green surroundings and swimming in the sea.
