Aurélien :

Professeur de français depuis 10 ans, je suis passionné par les langues, la littérature et l'histoire. Je parle français parfaitement, très bien l'espagnol et l'italien, je me débrouille en anglais et néerlandais et j'aimerais apprendre le danois et le portugais.

Ayant grandi près de la forêt et de la rivière, j'aime retrouver la sérénité des grands espaces. La pêche en rivière, la cueillette des champignons et de plantes comestibles ou le brame du cerf sont autant d'activités plein air qui rythment l'année depuis mon enfance.

Si la mer et la nature sous toutes leurs formes me passionnent, j'aime aussi beaucoup découvrir de nouvelles personnes et de nouvelles cultures au travers de discussions et d'échanges d'idées.

Elisa :

Baroudeuse citadine et coureuse des bois depuis toute petite, je me passionne pour le dehors, la forêt, le maraîchage et l’observation des animaux.

Ma vie professionnelle et mes loisirs sont axés nature : je travaille depuis quelques années pour la protection de l'environnement, j'ai également une formation de guide nature. Selon la saison, je randonne, m'occupe de mon potager, effectue des travaux forestiers (élagage, débroussaillage, ...), fais la cueillette de champignons, apprends à pêcher, ...

J'aime également lire, dessiner et cuisiner.

Nous :

En pause professionnelle pour une année et avec l'envie de nous installer à la campagne, nous souhaitons acquérir diverses connaissances : au potager (connaissances solides), dans la construction et la rénovation de bâtiments, dans la conservation des aliments, dans le fumage du poisson et la découpe de la viande, ainsi que dans la gestion et la récolte des arbres fruitiers.

Nous aimons avoir les mains dans la terre ou sales, et les tâches quotidiennes ne nous rebutent pas. Nous sommes calmes et plutôt discrets.

Aurélien :

A French teacher for 10 years, I am passionate about languages, literature and history. I speak French perfectly, Spanish and Italian very well, I get by in English and Dutch and I'd like to learn Danish and Portuguese.

Having grown up near forests and rivers, I love the serenity of the great outdoors. Fishing in the river, picking mushrooms and edible plants and watching the deer bellow are just some of the outdoor activities that have marked the year since I was a child.

I'm passionate about the sea and nature in all its forms, but I also love discovering new people and new cultures through discussions and exchanges of ideas.

Elisa :

A city dweller and runner in the woods since I was a little girl, I'm passionate about the outdoors, the forest, market gardening and observing animals.

My professional life and hobbies focus on nature: I've been working for environmental protection for a few years now, and I'm also trained as a nature guide. Depending on the season, I hike, tend my vegetable garden, do forestry work (pruning, clearing undergrowth, etc.), pick mushrooms, learn to fish, etc.

I also enjoy reading, drawing and cooking.

Us :

We're taking a year's break from work and want to move to the country, so we're looking to learn a few things: how to grow vegetables (solid knowledge), how to build a house, how to make a garden, etc.
