Howzit, I am Dani :)
Born and raised in KZN, South Africa. With my 3 siblings and parents closely connected to nature.
I consider myself a down to earth, open minded and kind hearted human.
I am an animal and nature lover, and sustainable minded traveller, with an attitude of gratitude.

I have used workaway in different parts of the world mainly related to permaculture and other farm projects. Anything environment related, animal conservation, sustainability and permaculture orientated is of interest to me. My main motivation to use workaway is to get connected to like minded individuals, along with integral projects which are actively implementing regenerative practices, and restoring ecology.
Plant and animal life is something that has interested me from an early age. Observing nature, growing different plant species, composting, pruning trees, and working/playing in the garden is something I was blessed with as a child. Something that continues to grow.
Since taking my first PDC(Permaculture design course) in 2018 I have been immersed in numerous permaculture projects in different climates from India and Phillipines, to Austria, Sweden, and now Norway. Still today permaculture is my greatest passion, something I wish to continue to learn and grow with, as well as guide others into too.

Some other interests of mine are wild herbs/herbalism and foraging, natural building methods, wildlife conservation, community, meditation, movement, health, music, art, and yoga. Generally speaking I am curious and humble, and enjoy learning.
