Hi, I'm Charlotte from Germany, soon travelling to Spain.
Travelling and languages are two of my passions, I did my bachelor's in translation and cultural studies and now I'm doing my master's in peace and conflict studies. I also love music, good food, being in the nature and living in community.
I have a lot of travelling experience, for example, I did an exchange semester in Colombia and before that I travelled Mexico and worked in Australia for 10 months. I really enjoyed these experiences, getting to know different cultures and people and learning new languages.
I'm a very slow traveller, usually spending a month or more at most of the cities I visit, to immerse myself in the environment.

Although not having found my final profession yet, I have worked in various jobs.
I have the most experience in waitressing and teaching English in private lessons.
In other jobs I have taken care of children at holiday camps, worked in logistics, cleaning, fruit picking, a hospice, translation and on a dive boat. I have helped in a couple of workaways in eco- and community projects, for example on a permaculture farm.
Also, I am a paramedic (but a rather low-ranked one, so I'm not a doctor ;))
I'm always eager to learn new things too!

What else ...

In September I will travel to northern Spain and I'm looking for a workaway there. I have never visited Spain, but I'm fluent in Spanish and looking forward to sharing, learning and making new experiences.
I would like to freshen up my Spanish, but I'm also happy to teach German, English or French.
Since my studies force me to spend a lot of time indoors with my computer, I'm looking forward to more practical and physical work and interacting with people
