I am currently living in Sydney and planning on leaving Australia by May. I would love to start my workaway experiences in Asia or Indonesia but I am open to different countries and places as well :)

Description

Hi, my name is Celi, I am 24 years old and from Germany.
I’m currently living in Australia, where I’m studying and working in a Cafe.
Before I came to Australia, I lived in Portugal for over two years.
There, I had my first Workaway experience, which was just great.
I took care of a little boy and had a great time with the whole family, until now, I appreciate this experience so much !
Now, three years later, I would like to start again with Workaway and experience different countries and cultures.
The past years I’ve been traveling to different countries and continents with a friend or alone but I would like to have more opportunities in working in different countries and experience the culture closer with locals.
I am a curious, adventurous and friendly person.
I’ve had all kinds of different jobs throughout my life, working with people or alone so I’m adaptable, however, I have a lot of experience in working with children.
From nannying, babysitting to internships in a Montessori school or kindergarten.
I love spending time with children and always felt that it was easy for me to built a connection with kids.
I can’t wait to start my next Workaway adventure and learn about some new ways of life in different countries 🌞🌸🌞

I’ve got a lot of experience in customer care.
I worked in a gym for three years on the front desk for customer service as well as in childcare.
After that, I spend six month in the U.S, where I worked as a nanny for an American family.
While living in Lisbon, I worked two years for an international Car company, where I among other task was also responsible for customer care.
Here in Australia, I work in a Cafe and I have got a nanny job as well.

During my time in school, I did babysitting and had internships in a Montessori school, kindergarten as well as in an elderly home.

What else ...

Besides traveling, I like to spend my time outside, by the beach, or exploring nature.
I also really like Coffee so trying different Cafes and having a good book with me is also something I love doing.
I did my 200 hour yoga teacher training two years ago so I really enjoy yoga as well as Pilates.
