    We are a married couple from Tokyo, Japan. Naoya has been teaching at a university in Tokyo, Komazawa University, for over 20 years. He teaches comparative politics and English. He organizes fundraising English lessons outside the campus. He was an exchange student to Dallas, TX, USA, when he was in high school. Emi has been practicing a school counseling over two decades. She has been supervising other counselors as well. She also offers art therapy sessions as well as art lessons. Both of us finished our undergraduate studies at International Christian University (ICU) in Tokyo where English education was extremely emphasized. We are hoping to venture ourselves into new challenges and to meet new people all around the world.

He is good at teaching English to non-native English speakers. He can enjoy tennis with anyone if there is such an occasion. Emi is psychotherapist and has been a school counselor at junior high and high schools for more than 20 years. She is extremely good at forming good relationships with young people and kids. She utilizes her art skills (drawing and painting) for the purpose of counseling as well. She plays piano, too.
