Being a kind, loving and outdoor loving companion to my beloved doggo while I’m away for 1 - 4 weeks, in my home.

Pooch is 65 lbs, strong, and gets pretty excited when squirrels, deer & raccoons are nearby.
Very sweet, loving, happy .& low maintenance dog (sleeps a lot) who is emotionally tuned in and sensitive.
You will be responsible for going on 2 decent (45 minutes at least) on leash walks every day, rain or shine.
We typically walk 2-3 km in the morning and the 3-8 km in the afternoon. You will be required to provide this level of exercise for her - no matter what the weather. Rain gear & good water proof hiking shoes or boots recommended.
I will share information about some great trails and beaches to help you explore the gulf island I live on while you are out walking with my doggo.Languages spoken

500 sq ft 1 bedroom home walking distance to the ferry and some shops, restaurants & services. Possible use of car.

Plenty of trails to explore. Likely a good fit for an artist or writer who also likes to spend time outdoors, including regular 2 hour walks in the pouring rain in southwest coast winters.
